What 3-6 Months of Dedicated Focus In Your Business Can Mean
When people approach systems, they often look at the small not-so-important things they can get off their plate with systems to clear up space for the bigger things.
Like, a social media scheduling system or a content creation system or SOP's so they can hire someone to take over the small not-so-important things.
For some reason, it feels easier to work to clear up small things before focusing on big things.
(Have you ever had a really important thing on your to-do list but you do 10 easy tasks first to create space for the big thing?)
But, it's backward.
If you're a solopreneur... I'd argue it's better to straight-up ignore the small not-so-important things and focus on setting up your BIG, long-game systems.
Systems that will actually help you market, sell and deliver your offers.
ESPECIALLY if those systems can work in the background while you work on other things.
For example...
⚡ It may seem like there's no way you have the time to create and implement a search-engine-optimized Blog or YouTube strategy...
... but what if at the end of that process you had a system that brought you a steady stream of aligned leads?
⚡ It may seem like there's no way you have the time to create and test an evergreen sales funnel for your signature offer...
... but what if at the end of that process, you have a working funnel that converts your leads to clients?
⚡ It may seem like there's no way you have time to create a course or program based on your 1:1 client process...
... but what if at the end of that process, you had a system where you could deliver in ONE hour of your time what used to take 12 hours?
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the tech hacks and systems that help me automate and streamline bits and pieces of my work...
But they can wait if they're diluting my attention from the things that create stability and sustainability in my business.
Wouldn't you drop all the small things for now if you knew that 3-6 months of dedicated focus on key systems in your business could mean consistent income and growth without working any more hours?
No more band-aids.
No more busywork.
No more piecemeal strategies and tactics.
And maybe some of these things feel daunting to figure out but let's scrap that limiting belief right now because if you knew this was aligned for you and you were laser-focused on it, you'd figure it out (or get the right support 😉).
I want to share more with you...
If you’re ready to focus on systems to help you build a consistently profitable online business...
