What Systems Do You Need To Run Your Business?

"Systems" is such a broad, vague, catch-all word.

Your systems are the collection of the processes and workflows that make your business happen.

You already have systems.

You just may not love how much work your systems are for YOU.

A simple way that I like to think about it is whatever business goals and objectives I have - I need systems for each one.

Whatever big picture thing I'm trying to accomplish, I need smart systems to support me (if I don't want to stress and burn out).

The big picture things in my business (and most businesses):

1. Nurture existing connections

2. Connect with new people

3. Convert interested people to clients or students

4. Deliver courses and programs

5. Manage the admin and financials for all of the above

Or in other words:

Marketing, Sales, Delivery & Operations

Simple, right?

When people ask me what systems they need in their business (assuming they have an aligned business model and proven offer) I always encourage them to start with the systems that help them do any of the above easier, faster, better.

And in that order.

Unless you have more clients than you know what to do with - in that case start with #4.

What systems are you working on in your business right now? (Or what's at the top of the list?).
